Over five days, we’ll work through a simple set of repeatable experiences that create real-world outcomes:


  • Breathwork to shift state quickly and train recovery under pressure
  • Functional movement to release stored tension and rebuild body trust
  • Subconscious re-patterning to reduce self-judgment, mental hijacking, and internal friction
  • Emotional mastery to recognize emotion earlier and respond instead of react
  • Food mastery (practical, grounded) to support steadier energy and cleaner cognition
  • Energetics work (intro) how signal, intention, and coherence shape experience
  • Nature + ocean immersion for integration (not performance)
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings + an acupuncture-led group experience designed to support regulation and recovery (community style)

Some sessions will be intentionally activating. Then we teach you how to downshift and land.

This retreat is structured, but not rigid.

Most days follow a rhythm like this:


Morning: State work (subconscious / regulation) → Breathwork → Journaling → Functional movement


Midday: Workshop (acceptance / emotions / food / energetics) + integration


Afternoon: Somatic work or nature/ocean immersion + rest


Evening: Subconscious re-patterning + calm landing


You’ll feel supported, but not controlled. Held, but not managed. Guided but not forced.
